泄爆GB/FM项目案例今天是携泄爆项目案例而来的小锋，前面我们简单了解过盈锋的两个泄爆品牌，不知各位对“泄爆”有多少了解呢？

泄爆：顾名思义，主要起防爆、放泄爆炸压力的作用。即以泄爆产品作用于建筑主体为前提，当建筑发生爆炸时，泄压面在爆炸冲击力中能够及时释放后产生的压力，防止泄压面飞溅，避免造成二次伤害。
以泄爆螺栓为例，我们常用的泄爆螺栓一般由泄爆钉、套管、泄爆垫片组合而成（如图）。

泄爆螺栓和牵引绞索        这个产品是彩钢板泄爆墙配套泄爆绞索，在室内发生危情时，在泄爆螺栓自动脱落，彩钢板往外飞离时，能及时拉住彩钢板，避免更多二次伤害和人员伤亡。适用范围：甲类仓库，危险物品仓库，化学品仓库，油漆喷涂车间，医药产生，食品生产，冷却降温室，发动机，粉尘类车间，显示器工厂，核电站等等易燃易爆类建筑。广泛应用于建筑物中有特殊泄爆功能的部位            当室内发生危情时，泄爆螺栓自动脱落，彩钢板作为一个整体往外飞出，又由于泄爆绞索的拉力限制，只能限制在一米以内，然后自然垂落，大幅降低了二次伤害的可能。      泄爆牵引绞索，为彩钢岩棉夹芯板泄爆墙的配件，在室内爆炸发生，达到一定压力值后，泄爆螺栓自动脱落，彩钢板向外飞出，产生泄压作用，此时连接在彩钢板和钢架上的牵引绞索会拉住向外飞出的彩钢板，避免造成更多二次伤害。岩棉夹芯彩钢板与墙梁之间用泄爆螺栓固定，泄爆螺栓的型号与数量根据泄爆压力值选配。当发生事故时，为了不使夹芯彩钢板乱飞，在岩棉夹芯彩钢板与墙梁之间采用牵引绞索控制。每块板设有两根牵引绞索，其长度为900mm，拉断力为2000KG。1.螺杆采用不锈钢材质，经实验证明可以避免化学腐蚀及生锈的情况。在某些情况下采用具有自攻自钻功能的螺钉，能够大大提高施工效率
2.泄爆螺栓的铝垫片有一定的弧度且下面附着有三元乙丙橡胶层（EPDM) ，可以更有效的防水。
3.泄爆垫片的承载力从30kg到70kg可选，大大方便了泄爆系统的设计
4.特殊的节点处理能很好的维持爆炸前后建筑物结构的完整性
