泄爆门窗主要使用在、化工、石油、核电站、航空等主厂房和附属厂房的各类房间。如避难所、危险品仓库、变压器室、控制室、锅炉房、设备间、易燃易爆仓库等场所，降低由于爆炸造成的人员伤亡及财产损失，保障房间内人员生命安全和建筑内部设备完好，不受爆炸冲击波重复冲击危险。泄爆门窗的安装对产品质量起到很大的作用，下面来介绍一下泄爆窗的安装事项。

泄爆门窗安装：

1、在施工队伍进场之前，施工负责人应和总包、监理、各项目组先联系，就泄爆门窗的堆放场地、安装标准及要求、施工用电、垂直运输工具等问题进行协商。同时接受总包方的技术交底和了解总体施工进度计划，从而排定泄爆门窗安装的施工进度计划表。进入施工现场的人员头戴安全帽，脚穿防钉鞋，身着长衣长裤，严禁吸烟，门窗堆放在室内或室外放置处，以免日晒雨淋受损。按规格，型号分类竖直摆放，堆放用方枕木垫水平禁止将泄爆门窗与有害杂物一起存放。

2、根据主体施工单位给出的水平标高线在墙面上弹出门窗框上下端的高度控制线，门窗框的就位和校正：将门框摆放到门洞内，使门框里口与内墙面处于同一平面。下端先用楔型木塞垫起，使门框上下端对准高度控制线。再用木塞塞紧门框两侧的空隙，然后用线坠和水平尺通过调整木塞的深度来初步校正门框四周的垂直和水平。

3、固定：校正完毕后，先固定门框两侧的上端（用镀锌铁片及射钉固定），固定紧后再用线坠和水平尺复校，以确保误差控制在容许范围之内，后才能依次固定门窗框下端和中间部位，安装完毕后，要先自检，无误后报监理验收，然后移交施工单位收边。
